Our Vision
We aim to bring natural therapies to the workforce in conjunction with the current available Occupational Health discipline, creating a new holistic approach called HOST (Holistic Occupational Stress Therapy).
The focus of HOST is on Preventative Care and should be implemented as a positive aid in preserving the company’s most precious resource - its human capital. It is a valuable tool in shaping a new company culture and indirectly increasing profitability.
It is preferable for employers to manage stress in a natural and cost effective way, utilizing HOST in order to improve the working environment, maintain a good level of productivity, while positively affecting revenue.
Workplace programs such as HOST are recognized by an increasingly large number of companies for their value in improving health and well being of their employees, increasing morale, loyalty and productivity at work. HOST is also valuable when incorporated into a management strategy regarding Workplace Violence.
HOST can successfully be incorporated into a company’s existing Wellness Initiative and also link with the Occupational Health Services on site.

InEssence
Services
InEssence is an independent service provider offering therapeutic services (HOST) to their clients on site. The services InEssence proffer are solely in natural health, and will complement and augment the traditional medical services supplied by Occupational Healthcare Providers.
The services provided by InEssence will be performed in the existing clinics of their clients, and supplied at an agreed rate. Therapeutic Massage, Triggerpoint Therapy, Aromatherapy, Thermal Therapy and Stress Therapy are the initial therapies rendered.
The objective is to provide complementary and preventative therapies to promote a positive outcome for employees referred for treatment. The therapy will accommodate the physical, as well as the emotional needs of the employee. All treatments will be recorded by the therapist in the patient file and will be accessible to the relevant Health Care Provider on the site.
Any confidential information about an employee will remain confidential and will only be accessed by the Health Care Provider and the Therapist.
